These terms describe the basic rules for using TravelCode Price Comparison and related services provided by Code Black & White.
Use of the service
TravelCode Price Comparison is provided for authorized travel business workflows. Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for using the platform lawfully.
Accounts and licenses
Access may depend on an active license, verified email address, payment status, product plan limits and admin approval. Code Black & White may suspend access when misuse, unpaid usage or security risk is detected.
Data and results
Price comparison results depend on available providers, hotel data, request parameters and network conditions. Results should be reviewed by the user before commercial decisions are made.
Payments
Payment requests and bank transfer submissions are reviewed by the billing team. Plan activation, renewal or refund handling may require manual verification.
Availability
We aim to keep the platform reliable, but availability can be affected by maintenance, external providers, network conditions, browser automation limits and force majeure events.
Prohibited use
Users may not attempt unauthorized access, bypass license limits, overload the system, reverse engineer private components or use the service in a way that harms providers, users or the platform.
Changes
Code Black & White may update these terms, pricing, features, product limits and operational rules when needed. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the current terms.
