Use of the service

Code Black & White products are provided for authorized business workflows. Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for using the platforms lawfully.

Accounts and licenses

Access may depend on an active license, verified email address, payment status, product plan limits and admin approval. Code Black & White may suspend access when misuse, unpaid usage or security risk is detected.

Data and results

Product outputs depend on available data sources, request parameters, integrations and network conditions. Results should be reviewed by the user before business decisions are made.

Payments

Payment requests and bank transfer submissions are reviewed by the billing team. Plan activation, renewal or refund handling may require manual verification.

Availability

We aim to keep the platforms reliable, but availability can be affected by maintenance, external providers, network conditions, browser automation limits and force majeure events.

Prohibited use

Users may not attempt unauthorized access, bypass license limits, overload the system, reverse engineer private components or use the services in a way that harms providers, users or the platforms.

Changes

Code Black & White may update these terms, pricing, features, product limits and operational rules when needed. Continued use of the services means acceptance of the current terms.
